S2 E2: Serious vs. Playful Engagement and an Intro to Essentialism
Providing our learners with more practice opportunities is always a good thing, but when do certain situations require more serious engagement versus a playful one? The Learning Geeks kick off the show discussing this topic after Bob shares a recent discover when moving from a more classic role play simulation, to one that is more game-based. To close the show, Dana introduces the concept of Essentialism and previews the impact on learning. The Geeks plan to discuss this topic more in depth in our next episode, so check out the book Essentialism by Greg McKeown for a preview!
