They were joined with special guest Dr. Britt Andreatta, CEO and President of 7th Mind Inc. and author of several books including her latest, Wired to Grow 2.0. Britt shares her extensive research into how the brain learns and discusses the importance of learning from failure, avoiding learned helplessness, impact on learning with change fatigue, and much more. Britt closes the show by sharing his "RIP" topic - which is something in the learning world she believes should be put to rest.
